Kateřina Dlouhá graduated in 2009 from the Law Faculty at Charles University. Since January 2013 she has been a fully qualified attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association.
Kateřina is an expert in family law, including international child abductions, and is well acquainted with the European regulation and Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction from October 25, 1980.
In her practice she helps clients with recognition of foreign marriage certificates or registered partnerships as well as with divorce or termination of registered partnerships. She also assists with community property settlements and adjustments, matters of childcare, and determination and enforcement of maintenance and support. In addition to this, Kateřina represents clients in cases of determination or denial of paternity.
